Q. Is this program available only to existing Oracle customers?
A. That’s correct.

Q. Which product do I need to already own to benefit from the program?
A. Customers currently using Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle’s PeopleSoft or JD Edwards who have unused licences or support services within their organisation.

Q. How can I verify if my company is illegible for HCM cloud licences?
A. If you currently pay support on any existing Oracle licences for the following E-Business modules: HR, Self Service, iRecruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning or Compensation Workbench; or the following PeopleSoft Modules: HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Managementor Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), or the following JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Human Resource Management, you may be illegible for HCM Cloud licences. If you need support in establishing which licences you currently own, please contact Presence of IT.

Q. What about my Payroll, can I switch this to the Cloud?
A. Yes. Although the Oracle Fusion Payroll solution is currently unavailable in Australia, Presence of IT provides its customers with the opportunity to move to E-Business Payroll Cloud solution with proven
integration to the Oracle HCM Cloud using the standard cloud integration tools.

Q. Will my company data be secured?
A. All cloud data is stored securely in Oracle’s data centre located in Sydney, Australia.

Q. What do I need to plan for in addition to my company’s licences fees?
A. In addition to licence fees, organisations need to consider the cost of implementation. From our experience, many implementations re-invent the wheel without leveraging previous solutions or developments.
