Oracle Fusion Talent Management due later in 2011 is part of the future product roadmap for both PeopleSoft and EBS HCM. The HR-HR interface will allow Fusion to co-exist with current PeopleSoft and EBS releases (expected to be PeopleSoft 8.9 and EBS 12.1) by providing integration of core HR data to Fusion Talent Management.

One of the more significant advantages of Fusion is the new UI and development platform using Fusion ADF and Middleware. For many organisations the benefits of leveraging the new functionality will be offset by new technology and training.
