Louise Griffin




Louise has over 15 years’ experience leading the delivery of commercially successful cloud technology strategies for companies and clients with whom she has worked. Her areas of specialty include workforce reporting and analytics, workforce planning, change management, project/program management and leading large-scale, complex technology implementation programs.

Louise is passionate about helping Organisations maximise the value of their human capital by leveraging data to identify workforce capacity, capability, engagement and health to enable delivery of future organisational strategy.  Louise helps business executives navigate the intersection between business, workforce and technology strategies.

Alex Cass



 Alex is a seasoned business consultant specialising in helping organisations to maximise the value derived from a highly functioning, well organised and motivated workforce.

 Alex’s experience allows her to work effectively with senior leadership teams and Boards to demonstrate how effective HR can be in transforming business outcomes and influence business leaders to make decisions which positively impact whole of business results.
As a highly experienced project manager, Alex has worked across all areas of HR including strategy, remuneration and benefits,
employment branding, workforce analytics and organisation design. This breadth of expertise enables Alex to work closely with clients to add real, visible value and impact positively on clients facing a variety of challenges.


 Jo Wear



Jo has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Strategy and Transformation, specialising in Talent and Reward.  Prior to joining Presence of IT, Jo spent five years working in corporate HR roles working as part of HR Leadership teams aligning performance and reward programs and processes to support HR strategy and drive business performance. 

Before that Jo spent 15 years at Mercer both in the UK, where she had responsibility for delivering talent and reward projects across EMEA, and in Australia where her focus was on developing capability across ANZ in the use and applied applications of Mercer’s global job evaluation system, IPE.


Dianne East




Dianne is an HR Information professional with over 25 years’ experience working with major Australian and global companies spanning public and various private sector industries. Before joining Presence of IT, Dianne worked with Brisbane City Council for ten years in a variety of leadership roles, including Lead HR positions for major projects such as HR Support Services, ESI Kiosks, HR Reporting Reform, BaSE ERP, Process Simplification and Shared Services.

Dianne is an intuitive and effective communicator, with skills and strategic and operational experience including facilitation, training, communication, change management and business transformation. Dianne is passionate about collaborating with business leaders to make a real difference by effectively enabling their most important asset (their people) to focus on delivering real business results.
