She has lead and worked on project teams across a diverse range of solutions and in a number of different industries and organisations. She is a deep specialist in Enterprise Social Collaboration and is passionate about helping people to connect and share knowledge.

Alex Deece

 

 


Alex is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant. She has experience in a variety of roles including Project Team Lead, Training Manager, Documentation, eLearning, and general learning development.Alex has a depth of experience in learning and development tools including Captivate, Articulate Storyline, UPK and similar tools.

She has worked across many different industries both public and private in projects including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, plus workforce management tools Kronos and Kaba.

 

Steven Horn

 

 

Steve has more than 15 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering project team and end-user training solutions for clients large and small throughout North America and across the globe. He has worked with HCM applications including SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. Steve has an HR business background in the recruiting, compensation and HRIS disciplines.

His resume includes experience working for SAP America and Coca-Cola in their learning organizations. Steve has also served in Learning leadership roles for several consulting firms. Steve has delivered presentations on training best practices to audiences throughout the US and Europe.

 

 

 

Lavinia Fourie

 

               

Lavinia is a Senior Learning and Development Professional with Presence of IT. Her areas of speciality are training strategy, instructional design and change communications. 

Lavinia has a passion for helping organisations deliver on their people strategy through the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development initiatives - initiatives that support growth and excellence through enabling leaders and team members to meet current and future organisational needs.

She has worked on many medium to large implementations of information systems, such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Kronos and Kaba.
