Enid Hughes

 

               

 

Enid has over twenty years’ experience in the transformation of HR service delivery within large organisations, specialising in the design and implementation of HR business solutions and associated performance improvement and organisational change.

Enid has significant experience in HR process re-engineering and benchmarking and in the development of robust business cases for the transformation of HR services through shared service delivery, enterprise systems and user centric technologies.

Prior to joining Presence of IT in October 2006, Enid worked as a Management Consultant for Tier 1 consulting firms for over ten years. She led the HR Transformation capability for Deloitte in Australia, and was a member of the global methodology team.

Louise Griffin

 

 

 

Louise has over 15 years’ experience leading the delivery of commercially successful cloud technology strategies for companies and clients with whom she has worked. Her areas of specialty include workforce reporting and analytics, workforce planning, change management, project/program management and leading large-scale, complex technology implementation programs.

Louise is passionate about helping Organisations maximise the value of their human capital by leveraging data to identify workforce capacity, capability, engagement and health to enable delivery of future organisational strategy.  Louise helps business executives navigate the intersection between business, workforce and technology strategies.

Jo Wear 

 

 

Jo has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Strategy and Transformation, specialising in Talent and Reward.  Prior to joining Presence of IT, Jo spent five years working in corporate HR roles working as part of HR Leadership teams aligning performance and reward programs and processes to support HR strategy and drive business performance. 

Before that Jo spent 15 years at Mercer both in the UK, where she had responsibility for delivering talent and reward projects across EMEA, and in Australia where her focus was on developing capability across ANZ in the use and applied applications of Mercer’s global job evaluation system, IPE.

 

Michelle Clyde 

 

 Michelle is a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in business transformation, value realisation and solutions delivery within the Human Resources space across large-scale projects and programs of work. She is passionate about the pursuit of business excellence, especially when it relates to people and how they drive business outcomes.

 

Michelle joins Presence of IT from SAP where she led the SAP SuccessFactors Value Engineering Team for APJ and Greater China Regions. The team worked directly with senior leadership of both current and prospective customers to help identify the full business value of an investment in technology that not only address current gaps, but realise strategic business outcomes.

Prior to SAP, Michelle held the position of Global HRIS Program Director at Broadspectrum (Formerly Transfield Services) and led the Global HR Payroll SAP and SuccessFactors implementation as part of their HR and technology transformation. In addition to her success at Broadspectrum, Michelle spent over seven years with Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) where she was the Solutions Delivery Manager responsible for all HR & Payroll solutions delivery as well as leading Change Management & Business Readiness functions for the CCA Group.

Michelle is an accomplished speaker and has delivered several keynote presentations througout Australia and abroad. Michelle demonstrates a bias for action in all she does and is a role model for younger women climbing the corporate ladder. Michelle has established huge credibility with customers and has a deep seated core understanding of why the changing dynamics of work and the people agenda inside organisations can unleash huge value, if managed correctly.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of the Free State in South Africa and has completed the Compass Leadership Course from Dattner Grant in Melbourne, Australia.
