HR Transformation – Key People:

Enid Hughes




Enid has over twenty years’ experience in the transformation of HR service delivery within large organisations, specialising in the design and implementation of HR business solutions and associated performance improvement and organisational change.

Enid has significant experience in HR process re-engineering and benchmarking and in the development of robust business cases for the transformation of HR services through shared service delivery, enterprise systems and user centric technologies.

Prior to joining Presence of IT in October 2006, Enid worked as a Management Consultant for Tier 1 consulting firms for over ten years. She led the HR Transformation capability for Deloitte in Australia, and was a member of the global methodology team.

Michelle Clyde 



Michelle is a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in business transformation, value realisation and solutions delivery within the Human Resources space across large-scale projects and programs of work. She is passionate about the pursuit of business excellence, especially when it relates to people and how they drive business outcomes. 

Prior to joining Presence of IT, Michelle led the SAP SuccessFactors Value Engineering Team for APJ and Greater China Regions. The team worked directly with senior leadership of both current and prospective customers to help identify the full business value of an investment in technology that not only address current gaps, but realise strategic business outcomes.

Brett Holmes 


Brett has over 17 years of vendor and client experience within HR and Payroll. He started his career in the back office operations of a large payroll organisation. In 2000 Brett was employed as a HR Business Consultant with a start-up company (EmployeeConnect) and began to influence, design and develop HR solutions to meet the needs of diverse organisations around the world.

Brett completed his MBA at the University of Melbourne in 2008 and joined Australia’s largest not for profit health care organisation (St Vincent’s Health Australia), where he established the HR systems and reporting road map to migrate over 15,000 employees from 23 different systems into a single national solution.
