Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities for this role will revolve around leading and supporting our valued clients' Kronos WFM project based implementation efforts. You will work with a broad range of organisational stakeholders to deliver workforce management initiatives across large organisations, and ultimately achieve client objectives.
The Successful Applicant
We're seeking an experienced Kronos consultant, and someone who has a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of service with every opportunity.
The successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrated at least 5 years career experience as a Kronos WFM consulting specialist. Rostering and Time and Attendance experience within a broad range of industries will be highly regarded.
- Have Kronos WFM Product experience from within the Australian market.
- Have demonstrated experience delivering successful Kronos WFM projects as part of a team.
- Recall previous experiences to identify, manage and “solution” through project obstacles.
- Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal). Ability to multi task.
- An ability to develop methods and tools for integration into existing and new Presence of IT collateral.
- Experience and awareness of technology in the broad Human Capital space.
- Exposure to SAP and Oracle will be highly regarded.
- Ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne with potential travel
